I’m Blaga Goertzaen and I’m so excited you are here for meal planning for busy moms.  I remember what it felt like to come home from a full exhausting day at work, and be pressed for time to get dinner on the table in under 30 minutes, so I could get the kids to all their things…hockey, dance, swimming, music lessons.  Most nights it was take-out, cereal or mac and cheese because I had forgotten to take something out or just didn’t have the energy or desire to cook, nor did I have the time.  I was so over it urgh.  The guilt of not feeding my family healthy, balanced meals eats me alive.  The overwhelm and the chaos around the entire dinner hour, and just feeling pulled in every direction barf.  It really wasn’t working. Then I discovered the secret to meal planning sing a low pressure, and  fun system that I like to call the “5 Meal Method.” After fallin in love with it and changing my dinner time rush forever, I’ve decided to share it with the world and teach you everything I know about simplifying the dinner time rush and meal planning as a busy working mom.
